After driving 2hrs. Mishimoto cooler + sure cool STL010. Had the truck for 3yrs. Never seen over 170 towing on a 100F degrees day high humidity.

Added that ppe but when I click on tow mode to pull up the gauge it seems like the reader isn’t right, after a 30 minute drive this thing is barely ready temps, and when it does the needle seems to bounce a lot

Only do this if you live in the south btw, during winter in cold states the transmission will barely ever reach 100° even after an hour of driving

2018 Yukon with the 6l80- went in for the 60k transmission service - less than 5k miles later the transmission took a shit. Had one built with a billet torque converter and still ran hot, swapped to the PPE and I’m still running at 180-190 normally. Not saying it didn’t help but GM fucked the pooch after 2014
