Cucumber lemonade! Very refreshing, toss a sprig of mint in it. 🌿✨️But some of my other favorites are cucumber mango salsa, cucumber tea sandwiches, mini lox bites, cucumber sushi, or a creamy tzatziki sauce for gyros. Happy harvesting and happy anniversary! 🥰
