I also dated a Jason in my 19-20s.He had already a kid and was a nomad from Alaska. He was so poor he showed me a trick to get free Taco Bell by going thru drive thru and telling them they forgot to have x,y,z in the order. He had gorgeous blue eyes and dark hair too 😝✌

He sounds like a dismissive avoidant with cognitive dissonance on your part. How do I know? Just got through this nightmare myself. My brain only wanted to see the good. It’s so hard to break that bond and move on, but so worth it once you get through to the other side. I put it up to the universe and now have the most wonderful guy who is perfect for me.
