Maybe the Big Bang Theory & its red shift are sort of optical illusions. Red shift might be caused by destructive interference through the vastness of outer space with space dust + debris/asteroid fields + gas clouds (typically too low in energy for us to directly observe), gravitational tug from black holes + stars + planets + moons, EMR + ions + expelled hot dust from stars, & whatever else is out there. Maybe the universe is infinite, & only 1 universe out of infinitely many.
