I love the people who trial these kind of treatments, bravery at its finest for the patient and the doctors, changing life for so many others as well! 🥰🥰

I am so happy for him. It would be good if we could have girls or female pain recognised and represented. Historically we not been treated equally within recognition and in research.

I’m pretty sure crps is also known as the suicide disease because it is that awful to live with. How incredible that these treatments can be tried and work.

This is wonderful for this person! As a chronic pain sufferer myself I can’t help but think if he was female he’d have been ignored for a decade and told it was anxiety

I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Yes this can be great for some people but the odds arent actually that good of it helping and can actually have a lot of complications. These have been out a good few years too so no idea why they are making it to be the first one!

I have a spinal cord stimulator, Boston Scientific for nerve pain in my buttocks, legs and feet. It has also helped with lower back nerve pain and strangely period pain. I had it implanted three years ago. It has changed my life.
