I’m on Mounjaro since April and have lost 35 lbs. 12.5 is the dose I am taking. Food always sounds horrible no matter what time of the week. I have to force myself to eat. As a pcos girlie I am so happy the weight is coming off!

I’ve been on Mounjaro for just over a year. I’m on the highest does. I’ve lost 80 pounds. At this point, I get occasional side effects, but they are few and far between. I am a diabetic and will probably be on it for my lifetime.

I still get nausea sometimes but I’ve noticed it’s not consistent. Some weeks I feel some side effects and other weeks I’m okay. I think it depends a lot on what we’re eating and drinking that week, how much protein we’ve had, how we’ve slept, etc. If it becomes too much, I’d suggest talking with your doctor about getting something for nausea that you can take as needed. That has helped me a lot

Some weeks I do like a day or 2 later. But the day after I am exhausted. I could sleep a solid 12 hrs and probably still need a nap

Yes after 3 months it’s horrible I drink electrolytes doesn’t help and not to mention the sulfur burps 🤢
