yes.. one of the first orders of business is to hand over all the data we have created about our first hand pinpoint of concious experience, from our perspective heart and mind. at this point in the experience you are pure energy, no body avatar hardware,, which means no ego to defend ourselves because ego is part of the original hardware created to trigger fight or flight keeping us in our bodies longer because we would hide our run from danger. and this is where I think be idea of hell arose.. because in order to move forward, we have to relinquish the life experiences which can be horrible if we were mean, cruel or abusive to others. we don't do this review like watching a tv,, we experience it as the other person we interacted with, literally feeling what we caused them to feel.

I don't know that you see or feel it from their perspective in extreme detail, but you come back with an unspoken understanding, like a knowing. After that, being kind becomes so much more important. You also hold less tightly onto hurt and pain and find it easier to simply let it go. Maybe you become less bothered by what you can't readily understand?
