LinkedIn doesn’t work either .. every industry is so oversaturated 😭😭 the job listing says that you don’t have to have experience Yet during the interview, the first question they ask is about your experience in that role and if you don’t have it then you don’t get hired. Take it from me. It’s happened so many times 😭 how can I get experience if nobody’s willing to give it to me!!!!

A college degree isn’t a job guarantee—networking and real experience matter more, internships and part‑time work build the skills employers want, and grads can’t realistically jump into even junior/senior roles right away; too many are overreaching instead of taking entry roles that match their actual workplace experience. If you can’t get experience, them take a lower level position and transfer over later. You need to climb the ladder unless you have really good connections. A degree is not a golden ticket, it better equips you and may shorten how much you have to grind along the way.
