Damn, I can relate. I once worked for a Chinese boss who was obsessed with power and authority. Every little thing was, “I’m the boss,” as if we didn’t already know. 😂 funny guy, but it got exhausting. I ended up resigning pretty quickly because the whole environment started feeling less like a workplace and more like a boss and servant relationship. The pay was even small to start with but I wasn’t about the pay but rather the experience and fun of it but that situation and act with unnecessary unrealistic task makes me have that a thought . Company way no get active social awareness before oo.. Omo I’m glad I left sha .. still job hunting if at all
