to add to the fourth one in the Book the Crank Palace we actualy find out that Newt left the Berg to the Crank Palace on his own and meets Keisha,she kinda adopts him, and her son Dante who kinda help him remeber his sister Sonya

Thomas KILLS Newt in the books and Newt SURVIVES survives for a couple more hours, his last thought before he dies is of Thomas, Thomas has a panic attack when he finds out Newt isn't immune, Teresa and Aris throw Thomas into a gas chamber, Newt was always the most important person to Thomas before, during and after the maze, Thomas never told Minho he killed Newt, and none of their names are really theirs

The scorch trials book is literally my favorite when I watch the movie. I realized how far off they are from each other. No hate on the movie, but the book is just so much better.

I've reread the books 8 times in different orders, chronological and by release. Everytime I read them, I always pick up on more that was left out of the movies. Although James worked on the movies, they will never live up to the books. I've been working on a book accurate Minecraft maze runner map since 2020, if they wanted to they would 😭
