If we genuinely had a moral opposition to exclusionary dating preferences then both the hetero community and the LGBTQ+ community would fall apart. The way society views both sexual and physical attraction is inherently exclusionary. All we ask is that you ask yourself why you feel the need or want to exclude that certain group of people because it can and most likely is due to prejudice, bigotry, misogyny and homophobia.

This reminds me of a video by Imani Barbarin where she pointed out that there is no way to describe somebody's looks negatively that is not rooted in something dehumanising. Hence I focus on what I like about a person and I only let myself say I dislike somebody when I get to know them and see their personality is swimming in the sewers.
