I wish I could have a long bath but I have epilepsy. Even tho it’s controlled by meds they still tell you to never have a bath. I used to have one almost everyday. It’s been almost 4 years since I’ve had one 😭

Meds! Non negotiable! Love grocery delivery. Helped sooo much! Lounge wear YES! I needlepoint. Have a hard time brushing my teeth and those are so worth it. Great list, one of the best I have seen. Thank you❣️

for anyone with chronic pelvic pain from their illness this had been life changing for me. it's thin enough to wear under pants and not be seen and it gets HOT. the charge lasts for 5 hours so i have 2 that i rotate. it's so nice to be able to go outside and walk around my house with a heating pad

I wouldn't choose to be on medicine for the rest of my life if I could be healthy without it , but as a chronically ill woman I'd rather be able to LIVE the rest of my life and take some pills to help me do it ❤️🩹
