gonna be honest. I like the combat but I'd have to see for myself how it's plays before saying the gameplay "mogs" all it's predecessors. plus now that i think about it there's different game engines across the series so I wouldn't compare them so strongly. like yakuza 0 has the best combat on that engine, then the dragon engine shines with lost judgment and gaiden slightly
