@cinemense: The 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫’s iconic camouflage wasn't CGI. To achieve the effect, a stunt performer wore a bright red suit that could easily be isolated from the jungle. The background was filmed separately and used to replace the suit through traditional optical compositing. It was then subtly warped frame by frame, creating the illusion that the Predator was bending light rather than simply turning invisible. #predator #cinema
