As the officer said it would be exhibited it becomes evidence and MUST be retained for 7 years. There is a prima facie case for misconduct.

That’s why get your phone out and start recording,this is evidence for yourself should things like this happen,police camera video going missing or deleted or SD card or hard drive failure.you have a right to record police

They entered my house with a warrant for another address, locked me in a room, searched the house, and assaulted me when I tried to leave the room. The PSU issued a report supporting these facts, but the police still refuse to hand over the bwv.

I had this issue not long ago. 5 officers stopped me. I asked for all BWV footage of all officers unedited from my stop. They sent me an extremely edited BWV from 1 officer,oh and it took a couple months to get it too. They're so corrupt it's a joke
