I have a theory So we all know Deltarune is a simulation made by Gaster and each character is coded to have an individual personality Jevil is designed to be completely chaotic, bohemian and 'free' After finding out the truth, unlike other characters breaking down by the cruel truth, Jevil embraced it He was already designed to be chaotic, bohemian and free.
