Literally this — I just resigned 2 weeks ago from my first post-grad job after being there about a yr! My manager was not developing me at all, the work I was doing was not what I wanted to do in the industry I work in, and I felt my spirit being drained for the past yr by just being there. Thankfully, I came across a couple of opportunities in my industry, took the leap of faith to apply, and recently accepted an offer in a more interesting area within my field and at a company with greater development opportunities! Take the leap and be free to take on new opportunities! 😩🙏🏽
