Almost all of these are probably your fault. 1. Getting sniped can be inevitable sometimes, but you should always keep an eye around and move in a way so it’s not easy to be sniped, especially by a headshot. Always take cover when possible. 2. Sometimes your low on shields if you get in a lot of fights, but you should always aim to at least have some minis on you, and buy chug jugs from vending machines. Unless the game just started, there’s no excuse to having 0 shield. 3. That’s not your fault 4. If your shotgun did only 40 damage, you missed over half the shot. Unless you’re running a maven or weak shotgun, most shotguns do more on a body shot and even then the weaker shotguns shoot fast so you should deal more damage overall. 5. I don’t play builds but getting boxed just seems like a skill issue.

If that’s the air sprite you don’t have to use the glider when you jump down , you get no damage .
