his name is kulwinder Singh Johal he's mayor of Leicester ,he is a labour party councillor and was a former iron factory worker for 25 years , he's involved in feeding those in need, tackling homelessness and providing local healthcare charity support . he was also involved in organising the then Queen Elizabeth visiting the city back in the early 2000's .
