if it’s anything below the 9/10 pain i go to the bathroom and try to poop. sometimes them period poops help relieve the pain…right…plz i can’t be alone

I wait to get to that point and by that point I’m nearly throwing up, my back is killing, my legs feel weak, my shoulders hurt, my cramps make me feel like I’m gonna die, my head starts throbbing and to top it off I feel like I’m gonna pass out😩

Hey girls so I learned recently that prostaglandins is the chemical released to cause the uterus to contract and shed its lining and these contractions are what cause period cramps, taking an painkiller when cramps first begin helps reduce prostaglandin production, leading to weaker contractions and less pain. Taking the medication early usually works better than waiting until the pain becomes severe. So just take ur pills when its a 6/10 instead of waiting cuz the more u wait the weaker the effect will be

I’ve had a lot of times where my period pain was so bad I’d forget pain meds were a thing and I’d be laying on the floor thinking “oh how I wish civilization was advanced enough to have something that would take away this pain.” It would take about a day or two of dealing with the pain before I remembered advil is a thing that exists.
