honestly, listening to you talk.... it sounds like you really like the 1 bedroom better. I think in the long run you will appreciate the extra space more than the view.

Professional Homebody here 😂. Stay in the 1BR. More space= more comfort. I get the city views, but when you in the studio, all you got is a view. You cook chicken? that smell coming over to the “wall”. The odd wall is weird. Closet space is small (with the washer and dryer in there) you said fits. Sounds like you into fashion. If you can realistically see yourself fitting your wardrobe, bedding,shoes etc in the studio closet? Then go for the studio. Also, they need to compensate you and take off the extra $50 because it’s their fault for promising something you signed for and not delivering. More space= my peace. I would choose the 1BR
