🤎 This creamy Boursin pasta is packed with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and a rich garlic herb cream sauce that’s perfect for an easy comfort meal. ✨ Save this recipe for your next pasta night! Ingredients • 1 lb rotini pasta, cooked • ½ cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes • 4 portobello mushrooms, chopped • ½ red onion, finely diced • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced • 3 cups spinach • 1 Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese • ⅓ cup reserved pasta water (more as needed) • 2 cups heavy cream or half & half Seasonings • 1 tsp onion powder • 2 tsp Sazon • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ⅛ tsp chili flakes • Salt & pepper to taste Directions 1. Sauté onions and mushrooms until browned. 2. Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. 3. Pour in cream, pasta water and seasonings. 4. Bring to a gentle simmer. 5.
