I also recommend adding black beans for the taco kits. My vegetarian friend put me on to that as a meat replacement for tacos and they are amazing even as a meat eater.

fun fact: you can actually do water for those martha white muffins!! I had bad lactose intolerance probs growing up and my mom would do water instead of milk and they were still super tasty AND my stomach didn’t hurt! I know milk would be more nutritional but hey
