soak your red onions in ice water for a half hour before adding so it doesn't overpower the salad as it sits, especially if you're doing it for meal prep ✨

If you don’t like using the cilantro stems in your dishes, but you’re making a dressing like this, highly recommend adding the stems to the blended dressing for added flavor and less food waste!
