I know this is supposed to be helpful but you cannot reduce your risk for miscarriage by eating a certain food. Your caption might be more helpful by saying “foods to have a healthier pregnancy” this is just fear mongering. Most miscarriages happen due to chromosomal abnormalities which are no fault of the mother. Signed, a mom who has had multiple miscarriages….

The best advice: eat what you can mamma , especially in the first trimester. Beside milk and plain yogurt, I can t stand neither the smell of the eggs or vegetables, and in the second minute after I even try to eat fruits , they are out of
