The wakefulness feels really true for me. Even now, I can go back to sleep for hours. I have always been able to easily sleep for twelve hours. And getting out of bed is pure torture. But now I take my meds thirty minutes before I need to be out of bed and get out of bed so quickly

Is that for ADHD or narcolepsy? Is it different from the Takeda drug that crosses the blood brain barrier? It was just approved in China. It’s been submitted to the FDA. I have narcolepsy and ADHD so I’ve been waiting!

OMG!! I have narcolepsy and ADHD and I am convinced they are related- no doctor will really listen to that- adderal doesn’t keep me awake but armodafinil does- but doesn’t treat my ADHD nearly as well. This is so exciting!!!

stimulants make my joints and muscles ache so so bad and i get a butterfly rash. i feel like i can only really take it when i work even tho i need it all the time. 😭

I work in Clinical research, in phase 1 means at least 5 to 8 years to market IF it hits endpoints and doesnt have safety signals.

This something I have thought would be helpful. I noticed that vyvanse was pretty good but when combined with caffeine or modafinil it was the best outcome. But I couldn’t do that all the time. It worked but it was also like adding lighter fluid to a fire

This sounds similar to the older trials with Provigil, etc, and it turned out that underarousal did relate more to dompaminergic enhancement rather than “waking up” the system.
