I asked both chatgpt & deepseek. it has 3 roles.. but only 2 big ones.. I always thought if I eat Chinese takeaway with chilli's & it's seeds.. I could get appendicitis (could be fatal if misdiagnosed and untreated till it bursts.. (but AI could not confirm this..😊)

Some good bacteria stay there nothing to important, and once you have removed your chances of having a low immune system increase exponentially, it's not that important.
