(Guessing minimal surface prep) 1k resurfacer, 1k for color, primer/texture line paint/tape $500, portable net $750. Squeegees 200ish per. Concrete pad changes on where you are, if you do drainage, and a vapor barrier (praying you put one). Best guess for the pad $14,000
