as someone from the SE I've never really heard like shit talking about the north but I only heard jt getting bigged up. I'm so sorry for people living in the north that they have to deal with all that crap and then horrible ppl on top of it, it's a beautiful and vital part of the county

The north isn’t a shithole. It’s been forgotten. We provided steel, made the ships, powered the country with our coal, invented the modern railway system, had the first electric lighting house and street, and since having our industry ripped away, nothing has been put in truly to replace it. The money is siphoned to London. How can you blame the people living in the north for the failings of multiple governments for the past 50 years?
