I went to the staff bathroom. There was poop on the seat, the front of the toilet bowl, the handicap rail beside the toilet, the wall…..there were NO children school yet. I demanded the AP review cameras and write them up. I wanted that in someone’s file 😂

I’ve been doing this for over 25 years mainly in title 1 schools (and have my MBA) but I LOVE having administrators that taught 15 years ago for only 3 years to become an administrator tell me to clap my hands gently until everyone in the class hears and claps along. To high school kids. In a Title 1 school. The absolute brilliance 🤦♀️.

We had a teacher last year who would leave poop in the toilet every day. We confronted her about it and she said "I don't flush toilets," and KEPT DOING IT.

I decided this is my last year teaching. I’m going to be a menace. They’ve already told me I’m teaching something I’m not certified for. You bet I’ll be letting the parents know with a letter about it and I won’t be offended if they move their kid to the certified teachers class. 😂

One time, the admin gave the students early release at 1:30, but told teachers we had to stay until 4. 🤨 I happened to be on duty on near the parking lot & saw ALL the admin getting in their cars. So as soon as I was done with duty, I left.

I'm brewing up. pass out copies of syllabus at open house. sure! open house starts before in-service. .o-kay. no access to copiers before then because we don't have access to devices until in-service. now, I'm not a math teacher, but the math isn't mathing. off the clock and my money? no, I dont think so
