Try and hold the blade flat to the leather rather than angled down into them like that. You’ve got the sunburst motion down, but you’re almost digging at the ear with the blade, try and keep it super flat.

ALSO *unless your vet recommends it*: DO NOT PLUCK YOUR DOGS EARS!! trimming has the same effect and is less painful.

I also want to put out there for anyone learning how to always go with the ear never angle in on the edge it'll be a nasty cut if you nick them bleeds alot!
