No this isn't true. UCMJ is used pretty evenly across the force.

20 year veteran. Worked JAG, senior rank and what I saw as first hand disagrees with her statement. A lot of time if it goes to court martial an officer from another base will come in and do the Article 31 investigation to ensure the investigation is fair.

The answer is it solely depends on your chain of command. I’ve been in units where women were treated favorably over all men

No.. I'm retired SMSgt and did public Defender work too, and never had a racist prosecution..but did have Defense Attorneys use race to get defendants off.

For several years while at Hood, for the battalion, I managed the Notification and Honors Teams, unit tasking, battalion staff duty, and those on extra duty due to NJP. The vast majority of those who were on extra duty were white.

white leadership is not overly concerned with half assed UCMJ action against a white soldier. the action against a black soldier will likely have documentation of similar actions to back it up to remove any doubt of racism. conviction rates and punishment will follow accordingly.

My platoon Sgt stole all my TA 50 and when he was caught nothing happened at all. He also had multiple soldiers gear in his possession and because he was our acting 1st sergeants friend he didn’t have anything happen to him. They were both black and me white, I was shop foreman and couldn’t stay in our office while lower enlisted black soldiers were allowed to hang out and bullshit in our office. If you have been in then you know the leadership decides what happens and your leadership is a mix of all races. Its luck of the draw.

I disagree. As a white army veteran i experienced and saw a disproportionate non judicial punishment for white soldier than minorities.

One day I will be good enough :
As a former MP and I will state that incidents that had military police interactions were traced and reported to the commanding general’s office to the post. Yes age rank and gender and race and type of incident was tracked. What happened from that was left up to the commanders

what I see and this is topic has a lot of people glorifying military life and forgetting it is a microcosm of everyday life in America. America loves the glorification of what is good, but refuses to look at all the elements especially the bad!!! 23yrs retired Vet. we all know the good Ole boys club exist in every part of American society
