Also; these closure orders are not consistent. If you run a business in Dublin or Meath you are X800 times more likely to be closed for food hygiene regulations than anywhere else in Ireland. This is a fact- analysing closure orders over the past 20 years. Some counties like Tipperary or Westmeath have very very few closure orders.

years ago while doing work experience in a Bellek pottery cafe in Belfast with the catering college I couldn't wait to leave as I saw mice droppings then seen the mice running about, I told my tutor and he said you have to stay there but I contacted the local health environmental and it was closed down within a week
