Manon is a person if you guys don't realise. Like a human, she was sick. it's reasonable it's not like she skipped rehearsals for no reason and also is that why the visual mostly gets picked?! for their looks. she's a visual for a reason

And people blaming Missy now for what’s happening to the whole Manon situation is wild. In DA , missy gave a constructive criticism about Manon, she wasn’t a team player, she didn’t show up , or even tried to, until she probably was either told in the background that she will be eliminated and she had a secured spot if she doesn’t show up she will be eliminated and she decides to consistently shows up at the end, when they were almost a year in training.. the girls were right to be angry and frustrated.. honestly i hope HYBE restrategises their whole scouting process.. they’re pretty black girls who are talented. I honestly believe star power can definitely come from talent not just age or visual.. and it’s HYBE I don’t think they even need to focus on star quality over skills.. they can literally make anything successful.. I’m not saying they should choose people who are boring or lack the it factor. If the skill is great the rest can follow(it factor, star quality) what harm could it even do to the company if they legitimately scout girls who are talented and truly want this

Literally don’t get me wrong I love MANON but she wasn’t trying as hard as the other girls missing tons of practices and just not attending class until she actually acknowledged it herself and people are hating on them and being like “oh they actually hate each other bc they talked bad about her” like they clearly didn’t see that whole episode.
