I’ve had C-sections. Stay on your pain meds. Take a stool softener. Drink your water. Get a shower chair. Comfy loose clothes, I personally recommend moomoos and granny panties so they come above the incision. If you wear clothes with elastic waists then wear them above your incision. Pregnancy pillow helped, I’m a stomach sleeper and the pillow helped with comfort.

becareful after the surgery with your bladder. Make sure to exercise to keep that floor tight. I had to have 2 bladder sling after because it all moved down. prayers for a safe surgery

girl I had a hysterectomy at 29 and that was the worst thing I ever went through I didn't have it by choice either I didn't know if I was coming or going I would was laughing crying and didn't know why I thought I was losing my flipping mind you your whole method of doing what you do is gone maybe it's just different for everybody I don't know but that was the worst thing I ever went through my life and I'm still going through the hot flashes the the estrogen I mean everything I hope everything turns out well for you and you don't have all of the side effects God bless you

When driving home put a pillow on your stomach just in case the roads/ streets are bumpy.

You can not drink any alcohol. It will slow down the healing process. Celery juice !!! Heal faster!
