Restaurant-Style Chops with Middle Eastern Rice 😍 Ingredients: * Lamb chops * 5 tbsp yogurt * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp red chilli powder * 1 tbsp chilli flakes * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp cumin * ½ tbsp turmeric powder * ½ tbsp dried parsley * Juice of ½ lime * ½ cup oil * 1 onion, chopped * 2 tbsp tomato purée * ¼ tbsp turmeric powder * 1 tbsp garam masala * 1 tbsp chicken powder * 1 tbsp salt * 1 cup soaked rice * 2 cups water Method: 1. Marinate the lamb chops with yogurt, spices, parsley, ginger-garlic paste, and lime juice. Let them marinate for at least 3 hours. 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until golden. Add tomato purée and turmeric, then stir well. 3. Add water, garam masala, chicken powder, and salt. Bring to a boil, then add the soaked rice. Cover and cook until the water is absorbed. Leave on dum for 10 minutes. 4. Arrange the marinated lamb chops in the air fryer, spray lightly with oil, and cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway (after about 7 minutes). 5.
