Thank you for the input everyone! I actually ended up going with the xTool Omni machine. Not a true print/cut machine but does UV printing instead. So hopefully that will solve my issues and speed up production!

I believe I started with the Cricut air 2 many years ago. Then sold it, got the Maker. Sold it, now I have the Joy Xtra and Venture! I don’t see myself ever getting rid of those! And I have Xtool F1 Ultra as well. I wouldn’t be able to pick from the Xtool and Venture because they are both great!

There is no machine that prints and cuts. You always still need the printer anyway

I use my cameo 3 still 😂 but I have the Epson 8550. If I had the budget I’d go with the Roland bn20 but I think it’s kinda slow for print and cut… that’s prob why people still print on that and cut on a diff plotter 🤷🏻♂️

I personally use an Epson 8550 eco tank and a Siser Romeo. I make a TON of things with my set up. The cricut cannot see print and cut lines in foil stuff. the laser bounces off and confuses it. The Siser machine hasn't messed one up yet because it uses a camera for positioning. My Siser has been more accurate than my Cricut ever could be. The Siser software is 10x better and doesn't cost anything. The only thing the cricut is good for is wasting materials. My Siser Romeo was $499. The Juliette is the smaller 12 cutter, same as the cricut and I think it's 350. the Romeo does 24inch stuff.

I had the same problems and i upgraded to the cricut explore 5 I love it it’s fast great if you are using cardstock or making stickers

I use Ecotank printers and Silhouette Cameo 5 with the electrostatic plate. I love that plate—no more sticky stuff on the back of my stickers! Does well about 90% of the time, even with holographic laminate if you don’t cover the first orientation mark in the upper left corner. The rest you can cover with laminate and it reads fine.

xtool m1 is great but thw quality of these print is not great. I have an air 2 also and had the same frustration and it just stopped working properly so I just got me the cricut maker 4
