My husband had to make an emergency trip offshore due to a family tragedy. He was plucked out of check in line …. and upgraded. And during flight they enquired if family knew his arrival details. Captain phoned them from cockpit somewhere above Asian sea that flight was running on time. Later he wrote a thank you to Rob Fife CEO at the time. … he knew the stewardess and captain!
