I’ve been having weird digestive issues today that legitimately seems like only sleep fixes…It’s so random and comes and goes. Nausea, then I’m fine, then heartburn, then fine. Doesn’t matter what I eat. But if I take a nap, I wake up fine. 😵💫

I just made a video about this as well. almost exactly when the spike happened last night, I had a super sharp painful ringing in my right ear that lasted about 3 seconds. I slept okay but woke up super energized early and my husband and I deep cleaned the house almost in this manic state. My husband also mentioned this morning over coffee. he said I don't know why or how to explain it but I feel different. I feel weird. then at about 2:30 it was like a head run marathons back to back or something. I was so exhausted. I could barely talk or barely walk and I napped off and on for the rest of the day. and it was such a strange sleepiness because even when I would wake up I still felt like I was in a dream or like I was tipsy. this surge wasn't like any other we've had. I track my body and the Schumann daily all day. this was very different.
