No one ever shows this old abandoned zoo with gorilla cages I used to go to as a kid. I know it exists because there’s Polaroids of me and my cousins in the old cages. Tbf it was literally ruins in the 90s but it was so weird because you had to walk a trail to get to it it was never accessible to a road.

Battery Steele is super cool, I loved all the graffiti. I had the best crab cake and lobster roll ever on Peaks Island and took a nice little bike ride to the Battery. Been thinking about going back!
