no she would beat maybe 60 to 70% of men. any man with experience up to a varsity level in highschool for basketball would be able to beat her. otherwise, men who are of a similar size will probably be able to as well, given they are somewhat athletic (have played sports before, maybe go running, hiking etc), and that comes down to height and build , probably about the top 25% ish of the male population
