as a Mexican citizen, you should go to Park Royal, it's an all inclusive and it's worth it for the price ~200$ per night and it's in Cancun

come on everybody's thinking the same. They got your money, you're willing to spend two to $3,000 a night. And now you ask maintenance? why is the water stagnant and algae. And they'll tell you they couldn't pay for the $400 pump they needed to irrigate the water everyday? because this is not a one-day happening. That water's been that way for a month, that ladder's been broken for a year. They should never given you that room. But they got your money

I don't think your expectations were unreasonable. it's called a "jump in" suite. it has a pool ladder. you should ABSOLUTELY be able to swim in there!!!!!

“This ain’t a $2000 a night room” yeah it’s not did you expect to get the experiences, amenities, drinks and food for free? That’s all included in the 2k it’s probably a $500 room and the other $1500 is for everything else.

Most of the people who really hype this resort up are travel consultants and advisors who make a cut of the room type you book. Or they’re “members” and this helps save them money if they rope you in. You are very much expected to lure friends and family in.

For anyone wondering why she got bad service it’s because she brought kids. The kids side is way worse than the adult side so if you want to actually enjoy the resort do not bring kids with you and stay on Arte side
