I can actually relate to this accounting person. I see people in the comments talking about how they don't want to do their job, but it sounds like they're putting both feet down because they're completely overwhelmed and have been consistently for a very long time. Maybe I'm wrong, but I've been there and sometimes you just have to flat-out say no to get someone's attention.
