Tucked inside The Lofton Hotel is Mezzo Mezzo — coffee bar, Roman-style pizzeria, and cocktail lounge all in one. Lounge-style seating, cool vibe, the kind of place where you feel a little fancy just walking in. I had my reservations about the fennel sausage and blueberry pizza but it actually works. Sweet, savory, a little unexpected — exactly what I didn't know I wanted.
