My question is, in the original, One Wish Willows aren't evil, it was Bear's wish that was evil. If Amy didn't make an evil wish, does that mean the One Wish Willow is the one at fault here? Why did the wish backfire?

Majority of you are trying to glaze Sonic's mentality like crazy and it shows you don't either understood/watched the movie or just want sonic magically break free. And remember it's an au, NOT THE ORIGINAL TIMELINE. So yes, Sonic can lose despite being the main character during these moments. However, whatever Amy used for the wish, is as strong as the Willow wish. Sonic is like Nikki, and Amy is like bear. So Amy doesn't realize her mistake on her wish or the severity of it. No I'm not justifying Amy's wish or doings. She should have known Sonic's feelings before making the wish. Yes, Sonic can mentally break from it, but only when the fake Sonic isn't awake or present. He'll never be able to fully break free, as it's not his wish anymore. I'm not a sonic fan, but you have to understand the mindset on where this is taking place and how.

why has no one in this comment section even read the comic? Plus, innocently wishing for something like that is very likely of Amy, it’s like picking petals off of a flower. She’s a completely separate character from Bear. Just because it’s taking the roles from the au doesn’t make them the same person
