My daughter’s genetic condition caused me to have triple the amount of amniotic fluid and she was a preemie. My family made fun of my “weight gain” when in reality I was so sick I lost 9lbs. They didn’t care for the facts.

I lost 70 lbs prior to getting pregnant with my son and I gained a good bit of it back and middle of my 3rd trimester my mom goes "wow your feet are swollen already, why didnt you stick to the diet you were on before you got pregnant?" I looked at her and said "I know theyre swollen thanks but the diet i was on was a max of 1500 calories and thats not healthy during pregnancy my dr told me not to diet." she just went "oh okay" 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
