In Lebanon we make bad 3a lahim so almost what you did but no onion or tomato and we use finely diced lamb not minced - either way they are both delicious 🤤❤️

I'm lazy and make this for dinner. I swap the tomatoes with mushrooms and spinach. Sometimes I use mince beef and other times it's sujuck or grilled haloumi etc. Whatever is on hand and it's always delicious
