I applaud you for doing this. I respect it, especially with your rules. I just wanted to point out that the "error" part is because we tend to over-attribute others' failures as internally rooted - they failed the test because they were dumb. For our own failures, we over-attribute external circumstances - we failed because the test was dumb. In other words, we judge other more harshly but give ourselves more excuses, which is an error in judgment. Basically people tend to be hypocritical, unless they are taught/ teach themselves to be kind to both themselves and others. (That last sentence is my extrapolation)
