When you said we need to heal our wounds around visibility and inhabit who we truly are and walk in confidence 😳 I have always HATED the spot light because I have always felt like people were judging me and it makes me feel insecure but I am currently working on loving myself, not self abandoning, really owning who I am and not running from it.
