@blondedradio01: "Wiseman" By Frank Ocean is one of the most beautiful songs of all time. In the track frank uses bible verses to convey a message of the meaning of life and the line between good and evil. "Bad man don't exist, no evil man exists, Good man don't exist, no righteous man exists." Frank claims no man is inherently evil nor good. The difference between good and evil is in the eye of the beholder so who are we to judge whether one's actions are unjust. But "Judge Man" named it sin. The "Judge Man" has no better judgment than the normal man but yet claims what evil and what's not. This is why sad man cannot cry in a place where man can see, because "Old Man" thought it weak. The Judgmental societal norms views men showing emotion as weak leading to the decline of men's mental health to this day. But "weak man don't exist, no just flesh and blood exist. It's okay to vulnerable, it's okay to feel these emotions and to express them because we all go through them. We're all human beings. But when we let these emotions build up it creates strife, it creates hatred. And this hatred that has build over the course of humanity is what causes the "evils" of the world. We are the beast that crawls this earth, and sooner than later we'll rip each other apart till all that's left is "Glorious Bone". "So You'll bury your own, Too Vain". We've seen this cycle of violence time and time again with every family member we bury and yet we are too vain to learn from the mistakes of the past. In this kill or be killed world the "Primate sharpens tool", always ready for a battle, to survive in this jungle. As a society we carry guns in fear of being caught "Slipping" because we understand the dangers and yet do nothing about it. But then frank proclaims "I won't blunt my blade for cut this chains, rather let my limbs be drug through mud". He won't "Blunt his blade", he won't stay within the comfort of religious and societal constraints in this broken world. Because bad man don't exist nor does righteous man exist. It's just flesh and blood. And even with the many faults and mistakes of the human race. I bet your mother would be proud of you. #frankocean #wiseman #liveperformance #Love #life
